Official Clinton County criminal records come from the government office that created or maintains them. The contacts below separate court files, police reports, jail records, repository checks, and record-relief filings so a request reaches the proper custodian.

This Is Not a Government Office. This private reference site cannot retrieve records, perform an official check, correct government data, or receive an expungement filing.

Need an Official Record?

Use the Clinton County or Pennsylvania office that holds the requested record:

  • Booking and custody: call Clinton County Correctional Facility at 570-769-7680; mail goes to P.O. Box 419, McElhattan, PA 17748
  • Repository records: use Pennsylvania State Police PATCH or its Central Repository access-and-review process
  • Nonjudicial county records: contact Open-Records Officer Desiree B. Myers at 2 Piper Way, Suite 300, Lock Haven, PA 17745, 570-893-4043
  • Expungement or limited access: file through the Clinton County Clerk of Courts, which can provide forms but not legal advice

There is no single sheriff records counter for all criminal material. The Sheriff at 230 East Water Street, 570-893-4070, handles warrants and court services. The Clerk, jail, and arresting police agency keep their own records. Courthouse counters generally open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Confirm hours before travel.
